I received A call to do an inspection from a gentleman who was not trusting. I was recommended to him from a previous client.

I did the inspection on Sunday because it was only day we could agree on. Well my lovely wife was going to work on Sunday so no biggie.

Well the house was a flip. I've done plenty of flips and when you do then you got to open your mind because anything goes. I had five pages of defects over 100 problems not to mention the cosmetic issues. Like they forgot to put a switch in for the disposer or no electrical receptacle for the dryer.

I hate flips not because they usually are done without permits but because the buyer is the one that usually gets hurt.
